Kelly Antonini

Systems Engineering Competence & Planning Lead at GomSpace

Kelly Antonini has a diverse work experience in various companies and organizations. Kelly started their career at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) as a student intern, where they gained experience in engineering and contributed to the development of space cameras for projects like JUICE and MASCOT. Kelly then moved on to the University of the West of England as a research associate, focusing on the development of a space mission ontology and publishing conference papers on the topic. At the Technical University of Munich, they took on the role of Roboy Team Coordinator, managing collaborations and coordinating activities for the humanoid robot project. Currently, they work at GomSpace as a certified Scrum Master and team lead for Systems and Mechanical Engineers, where they also serve as a systems engineer and project manager for various projects.

Kelly Antonini has a Master's Degree in Earth Oriented Space Science and Technology (ESPACE) from the Technical University of Munich, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England between 2010 and 2014. Kelly Antonini also attended Liceo L. A. Seneca in Roma, Italy, where they completed their high school education in the field of Liceo Classico from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
