Stephanie Soderborg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2007, they worked as a Legal Intern at McAllister Olivarius, where they performed paralegal duties and assisted with administrative and project management tasks. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Study Abroad Office Student Worker/Representative at Yale University. In 2009, they joined Kenan Institute Asia as an Assistant Consultant, contributing to social and economic development in Southeast Asia. In 2011, they became a Rebele Internship Fellow at Stanford University. From 2012 to 2014, Stephanie worked at Apartment List in various roles, including Associate, Operations and Manager, Operations. Stephanie then held positions such as Director, Operations - Sales and Director, Growth, Content Strategy and Marketing, before being promoted to Senior Director positions within the company. In 2017, they began working as a Consultant & Advisor for various companies. In 2022, Stephanie co-founded Naro and assumed the role of Co-founder and COO. Additionally, they briefly served as the Chief Operating Officer at Guest House, a real estate staging company, from January to September 2022. Stephanie's experience includes strategic planning, growth marketing, operations management, and consulting.
