Emily Valli

Emily Valli has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GoNetspeed since 2021.

Prior to that, Emily worked at Unity College for several years. Emily started as a Campus Visit Coordinator/Transfer & Admissions Counselor in 2011 and eventually advanced to the position of Lead Recruiter. In their roles, they displayed strong communication skills by creating and distributing a communication plan to assist students during the transition to hybrid learning. Emily also drafted content for marketing collateral and web pages. Emily managed a caseload of over 350 students and made data-driven enrollment decisions. Additionally, they were responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan and establishing articulation agreements with high-priority high schools.

Emily also gained experience in the finance industry as a Customer Advocate at Bank of America in 2010. Emily provided financial counseling, generated revenue through customer retention and sales, and demonstrated proficiency in finance software.

Before that, Emily worked at Cazenovia College as a Residence Director/Special Interest Housing Coordinator. Emily led and supported special interest residence halls, managed a budget, and created a student-centered community environment.

At Franklin Pierce University, Emily served as an Experience Director, overseeing student and community development in a residential complex. Emily recruited and supervised student leaders, planned violence prevention education programs, and promoted a supportive living environment.

Overall, Emily has a strong background in talent acquisition, admissions, customer service, and student development.

Emily Valli received their Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on Secondary Education from Assumption University in 2006. Emily then pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Franklin Pierce University from 2007 to 2009.
