Eric Proulx

Eric Proulx has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Eric is currently working as the Director of Network Operations at GoNetspeed since June 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Centralized Services at Consolidated Communications from January 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing facilities operations across 22 states and overseeing environmental compliance in specific areas.

From October 2016 to January 2018, Eric held the position of Vice President - Wholesale Customer Services at FairPoint Communications. Eric was responsible for Wholesale Customer Care and Service Management support for all wholesale customers. Additionally, they worked closely with IT/Business Strategy to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.

Eric also held several leadership roles at FairPoint Communications, including Vice President - Network Planning, Engineering, & Product Development from September 2013 to October 2016. In this role, they led technical teams focused on network transformation and broadband deployments. Eric oversaw network capacity management and upgrades in the ME, NH, and VT territories. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Engineer & Planner at Verizon and FairPoint Communications, where they were responsible for equipment engineering, network planning, and fiber capacity management.

Eric Proulx obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono. Eric attended the university from 1989 to 1996.
