Joe Sears has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position was as an OSP Planning & Design Engineer II at GoNetspeed, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tilson as an Outside Plant Engineer from May 2022 to January 2023. Joe also held roles as a CAD Drafter II from May 2021 to November 2022 and a CAD Drafter from October 2018 to April 2021 at the same company.
