Rick Lashley

Rick Lashley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Rick began their career in 2000 at GoNetspeed, where they held various positions including Manager Field Operations, Director of Missouri Wireless Operations, Manager of ILEC OSP, and Operations Manager. Rick worked at GoNetspeed until April 2022.

In 2017, Rick joined OTELCO as the Director of Wireless Operations & Product Development. Rick remained in this role until April 2022.

From 2001 to 2022, Rick also worked at I-Land Internet Services, LLC. Rick started as the Technical Support Manager and later became the General Manager & Web Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for day-to-day operations, product development, marketing, and overall operational budget. Rick interacted daily with technical support, network operations, sales, and wireless operations teams.

During their time at the institute, they specialized in Electronics/Digital Electronics- Computer/Laser Technology.
