Carson Hess

Carson Hess is a Solutions Architect at Gong since July 2022, where the focus is on leveraging the Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™ to enhance customer interactions for improved company performance. Prior to this, Carson held a Solutions Architect role at Quorum1 from November 2021 to June 2022, specializing in optimizing business systems for operational efficiency. As a Co-Founder of Development AI from May 2020 to December 2021, Carson contributed to real estate investments through research and outreach strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Balfour Beatty US, where responsibilities included systems engineering and field engineering on significant rail projects. Carson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained in 2017.
