Raphael Danilo

Raphael Danilo is a General Manager at Gong, where they build and scale AI products, overseeing the Engage and Orchestrate product lines. As a Co-Founder and General Partner at Darkmode Ventures, they invest in infra/dev tools and AI SaaS startups, focusing on supporting underrated and misunderstood founders. Previously, they co-founded and served as CEO of Yobs, an AI co-pilot for recruitment that was acquired by Gong in 2022. Raphael has also served as a Limited Partner at firedrop and held a scouting role at Upfront Ventures, investing in over 20 pre-seed startups. They co-founded an education NGO that helped over 400 children in Tanzania access schooling through scholarships while pursuing a diverse education across multiple prestigious institutions globally.
