Derek Nower

Derek Nower is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in strategic sales leadership and channel management. Currently serving as Partner Account Executive for the Americas at Nitro Software since December 2025, Derek previously held pivotal roles, including Head of Sales and Co-Founder at FTL Networks, where a global go-to-market strategy and scalable sales infrastructure were established. At GFI Software, Derek managed over $40M in annual recurring revenue and led a global team, significantly enhancing sales performance in the Americas. Additionally, experience at Softing involved revolutionizing the go-to-market strategy with the successful launch of NetXpert XG. Earlier career roles spanned various positions at Cintas and PepsiCo, focusing on territory management and relationship-building with key accounts. Derek holds an MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business and a Chancellors Honors Degree in Marketing and Logistics from the Haslam College of Business.
