Maxum Bruschera

Maxum Bruschera has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2012, they worked at Hero Protective Alloys in sales and fabrication until 2014. Maxum then moved on to Trico Construction as a Project Engineer from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Co-Owner of the Papermaker's Pack at Better Decisions, where they focused on product design, e-commerce, sales fulfillment, and creative direction. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Fabricator at Berland Design, specializing in MIG/TIG welding, interpreting drawings, and digital fabrication. Most recently, from 2019 to present, they have been with Nitro, Inc., first as a Sr. Renewals Account Executive, then as a Mid-Market Account Executive, and currently as the Enterprise Customer Account Executive - Team Lead.

Maxum Bruschera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Art from San Diego State University. Prior to that, Maxum attended Marin Catholic from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Maxum obtained a certification in Learning GDPR from LinkedIn in June 2020.
