Mark Hess, CPIM, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Noble, An Aptar Pharma Company. With a strong background in supply chain management, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Global Supply Chain Director at Honeywell and Supply Chain Director for the Americas at William Grant & Sons, Inc. Mark has been recognized for innovative contributions to demand planning and supply chain transformation, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Mark holds a Master’s Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and is pursuing a BA in Economics at Kean University.
