Rob Silverman is the President and Co-Founder of The Good Charcoal Company, where they lead efforts to produce 100% sustainable charcoal made from Acacia hardwood while revitalizing ecosystems in Namibia. Since 2020, Rob has focused on promoting healthier grilling options and social responsibility through community initiatives, including the "Doin' Good" program that has provided over 50,000 free meals. Previously, Rob served as Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Barberry Rose Management from 2012 to 2022 and held various leadership roles in finance, including Director at Standard Bank and Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Economic History from University College London between 1987 and 1990.
