Good & Fugly is an Australian produce business focused on improving outcomes for local farmers. Backed by Matt Moran and OzHarvest Ventures, the mission is simple: to provide an avenue for consumers to support farmers in a more impactful way and in doing so, create a more sustainable food system for all Australians.

With increasing cost pressures and margin constraints across the agricultural sector, many growers are facing challenges in maintaining long-term viability. At the same time, a portion of quality produce each season falls outside conventional retail specifications.

Good & Fugly partners with farmers to purchase a broader share of their harvest, including produce that may vary in appearance (both the "good" and the "fugly") but never in quality.

This model helps:
Increase sell-through for growers
Improve farm-level returns
Create a more efficient path from farm to consumer

In parallel, every box sold contributes four meals to Australians in need through OzHarvest.

Good & Fugly sits at the intersection of agriculture, supply chain efficiency and purpose-led commerce.
