Good Ground Digital is a consultancy for founders and leaders who want to build something that lasts.

We work with direct-to-consumer brands, hospitality operators, and independent professionals across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. These are markets we know because we've lived and operated in them.

Our work sits in two places: senior marketing leadership for founder-led brands, and communication coaching for leaders whose voice is part of the business.

Our advisory practice is led by Grace Choong, who has spent twenty years leading marketing for consumer brands. Sony Pictures Asia, adidas MENA, Dubai Tourism, Lyre's (+80% YoY e-commerce growth), Nayomi (+140% e-commerce growth), and Middlesex University Dubai. She works as a fractional Head of Marketing for founder-led DTC businesses between $500K and $5M in revenue. This is the stage where most brands either compound or stall.

Our coaching practice is led by Benjamin Chan, who brings twenty-plus years in wildlife, tourism, and hospitality operations across the UAE and Singapore. He has been featured on Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi TV, and in the Khaleej Times, and coaches executives, hospitality teams, and public-facing professionals on English communication, presentation confidence, and cross-cultural speaking.

Alongside the client work, we publish. A journal, a YouTube channel, a newsletter, all for operators who prefer thinking over noise.
Finding steadier ground. In work, business, and life.
