Under the leadership of Silvia Oviedo Lopez, an internet veteran with over 20 years’ experience at companies like Pinterest, Canva, and eBay, we combine strategic expertise with a passion for nurturing new possibilities.

Our collaborative culture thrives on
curiosity and empathy—listening intently to the needs of our clients and crafting solutions that align with their vision. Whether it’s through strategic impact consulting, advisory support, leadership development, incubation, our mission remains the same: to transform great ideas into powerful outcomes that drive growth, success, and lasting impact.

We partner with companies across the spectrum—ranging from scrappy startups to large public enterprises—to help founders and leaders shape their next big move, with a focus on global expansion, organizational design, content and AI. Drawing on our experience operating both at scrappy stages and post-IPO environments, driving Canva’s content and discovery ecosystems and Pinterest global expansion, we bring a strategic lens that harmonizes vision with execution, enabling organizations to thrive in fast-evolving markets.
