Welcome to the Good Life.

We’re more than a restaurant—we’re a place where people come together over great food, good drinks, and even better conversation. Located in the heart of downtown Park Rapids, Minnesota, we’re a gathering place built on genuine hospitality and meaningful connection. Since opening our doors in 2009, we’ve been committed to creating a space where guests can slow down, enjoy their surroundings, and experience true Up North hospitality.

Our menu features a mix of comforting favorites and unique, handcrafted dishes—from burgers and sandwiches to fresh salads, appetizers, and one-of-a-kind dinners. Behind the bar, you’ll find house-made cocktails, mocktails, and a rotating selection of local craft beers.

Connected to the restaurant is Molly Poppin’s Gourmet Snacks, our popcorn and ice cream shop offering 20+ flavors of fresh popcorn, homemade ice cream, and a curated selection of specialty goods and gifts.

Built from the ground up by Molly and Luke Luther with the support of the Heartland Lakes community, the Good Life continues to grow as a welcoming, family-friendly, and modern place to work and gather. We take pride in creating an environment where both our guests and our team feel valued, supported, and inspired.

Whether you're joining us for a meal, a drink, or a career—we’re glad you’re here.
