Nancy Kabaara

Nancy Kabaara is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Good Return, where they focus on enabling marginalized communities to achieve economic empowerment through financial inclusion. Previously, they served as a Management Consultant at Active Directions and held various leadership roles, including Director of the Risk & Regulatory Consulting Practice at MinterEllison and Head of Productivity for Group Risk at Commonwealth Bank. With a robust background in Lean Six Sigma and organizational coaching, Nancy has also contributed to Ujuzi Consulting and Elevare Advisory. They have extensive experience across multiple industries, including Not-For-Profit, banking, and legal sectors. Nancy is a Master Black Belt and holds a membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
