Ted Doraisamy

Ted Doraisamy is a Strategic Clarity Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach with a focus on driving strategic alignment and inspiring teams to achieve their goals. With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Managing Director positions at Oral-B Laboratories and Sunbeam Australia & New Zealand, they have successfully collaborated with numerous clients such as Elanco and the NSW Cancer Council. Currently, Ted serves as a Strategic Advisor at Good Return and is the Principal at Doraisamy & Associates, where they help organizations unlock existing knowledge to develop effective strategies. Ted holds a BSc in Building Technology from Coventry University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
