Good Salt is a bold social enterprise on a mission to help migrant and refugee women gain financial independence through paid, accredited culinary training — specializing in patisserie — alongside digital and financial literacy and language skills that lead to sustainable employment.

We’re also developing a culturally rooted, socially conscious food product line that fuels our mission, elevates underrepresented cuisines, and reinvests profits into impact.

Our model combines food, skill-building, and community to create opportunities and shift power. We’re building a future where more women can earn, lead, and live on their own terms.
