Crystal Lemming's work experience includes roles as a Director of Technology at Good Sam, a Director of Software R&D at Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD), a Senior Director of Software Development at iN2L, a Senior Manager of Software Development at PwC, a Lead Systems Architect at Milliman, and a Senior ASP.Net Developer and Solution Architect/Technical Project Manager at Prudential Financial. Crystal has also gained experience in the healthcare industry, working for various companies in roles related to medication tracking, Medicare filing and compliance, medical billing and supply logistics, and dental practice management. Throughout their career, Crystal has overseen development and delivery of software, led high-performing engineering teams, collaborated with senior technology leadership, managed the design and integration of databases and applications, and worked with various tech stacks such as Azure, AWS, .NET Core, C#, and MS SQL.

Crystal Lemming holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied an interdisciplinary program combining Computer Science and Pre-Medical Studies. Crystal has also been officially accepted into the UTMB School of Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch.
