Starting at Overtons, Matthew progressed from Product Tech Support to Product Support Supervisor before joining Camping World as a Product Specialist Manager in May 2018, a role continued until February 2025. Currently, Matthew serves as the Extended Service Plan Customer Service Manager at Good Sam, where leadership and support of a dedicated team focus on providing exceptional service and tailored coverage for customers. Matthew's educational foundation was established at East Carolina University.
