Good Start Labs aligns AI through entertainment. The company builds gaming environments and partners with popular existing games so that millions of players naturally help evaluate and train AI models just by playing. Public leaderboards surface which models best handle both subjective human skills (e.g. humour, preference) and objective ones (e.g. strategy, planning). Over time, this helps create AI tools that are better aligned with human tastes and values.
