Ebony Nelthropp possesses extensive experience in customer engagement and sales, starting as a Sales Assistant at MYER, where responsibilities included customer service, sales support, and conflict resolution. Progressing within MYER, Ebony assumed roles such as General Office Team Leader and Payroll and Personnel Officer, focusing on team mentoring and operational functions. Transitioning into the real estate sector, Ebony served as a Sales Associate and Sales Professional at Satterley Property Group, followed by a position as a New Home Sales Consultant at Homebuyers Centre. Currently, Ebony is a Senior Account Manager at Good Things. Ebony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Psychology) from Monash University.
