Guy Hayward is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Good Together Group, a family of talent solutions businesses including Goodman Masson, G MASS, and G-NIUS. They previously served as Managing Director at Hudson from 1998 to 2008. In 2022 they founded Programme One, a not-for-profit organization designed to address the underrepresentation of Black talent within the Recruitment Industry. They advocate for employee engagement as a primary strategic objective and hold two trademarks, The Experience® and There is more to life than Work®, and have earned over 40 awards for how they treat their people, along with two Guinness World Records. Outside of work, they enjoy running and have completed Ironman and Ultramarathons, including finishing 71st in the 35th Marathon des Sables.
