Andrew Nolan

Andrew Nolan has a wealth of experience in the food industry, starting with their role as a Founding Partner at Escape Restaurant Group INC. from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they worked on creating a holding company and managing day-to-day operations.

Andrew then joined 'wichcraft as the Manager of Operations from 2011 to 2013, where they oversaw the opening of two premier locations and implemented new operational processes.

From 2013 to 2016, Andrew worked as the Director of Operations at Salad Pangea, where they focused on constructing processes for rapid expansion and creating tools to manage the business effectively.

Since 2016, Andrew has been with Good Uncle, initially joining as a Market Manager and eventually working their way up to the roles of General Manager of Expansion, Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. Good Uncle is a restaurant and technology company that partners with exceptional restaurants nationwide to deliver their dishes fresh from local Good Uncle kitchens.

Andrew Nolan attended Binghamton University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
