Joshua Tomaszewski has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Joshua most recently served as the General Manager of Delaware Operations at Good Uncle since April 2018. Prior to that, they were the Executive Chef at STARR Restaurants from August 2017 to February 2018. Joshua also worked as the Chef de Cuisine at A Voce from September 2014 to September 2016 and as the AM Sous Chef at The Lambs Club from October 2013 to October 2014. Joshua served as a Chef de partie at Tru restaurant from March 2013 to October 2013, running the pastry station and overseeing various dessert-related responsibilities. Their earlier experience includes working as the Demi-Sous Chef at The Ocean House from May 2011 to February 2013, where they were responsible for creating amuse bouche and canapes and managing a team. Joshua also served as a Meat Rounds Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University from September 2009 to December 2012, where they were in charge of ordering, receiving, portioning, and distribution of proteins for university classrooms and helped revamp the university's HACCP plan.
