Jp Rout

JP Rout has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting as a Manager at VFN in 2014, they then moved on to work at OysterConnect.com, focusing on strategic alliances and partnerships. In 2017, JP co-founded Avenue Growth, India's first freelancing platform for blue and grey-collar workers. JP later joined Yojak in 2021 as a Business Head in the international market. Currently, JP serves as a Business Lead at GoodWorker, leading a new line of business in the job-matching platform for blue-collar workers in India.

JP Rout completed their primary and secondary education at Laxman Public School. JP then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with honors in Finance and Marketing from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University, graduating in 2011. JP continued their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Amity Business School in 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they studied Finance and Financial Management Services at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Data Science- Tableau 10 from Udemy.
