Michael Dekker

Michael Dekker is a seasoned professional in beverage sales and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Regional Sales Manager at good2grow™ since 2025. Previously, Dekker held the position of Director of the Specialty Division at Kohler Distributing Company from 2017 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Dekker worked as a General Sales Manager at both W & L Sales Company and Artisanal Brewing Ventures, as well as serving as a Distributor Sales Manager at both Miller Brewing Company and MillerCoors. Michael earned a BS in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University between 1980 and 1984.
