James Lum

James Lum currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Good360 since 2025 and holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for both the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging and Impact Network, which focuses on education for underserved K-12 students in rural Zambia. Previously, James was the CFO at Tides and The Bridgespan Group, where responsibilities included managing substantial impact investing assets and collaborating with leaders in social change, respectively. James also served as CFO for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, achieving significant revenue growth, and held various executive and board roles in nonprofit organizations such as Aeris Insight Inc. and GuideStar. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA with double majors in Economics and Biology from the University of Virginia.
