Erika Finlay

Erika Finlay is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder of Impact on Demand since January 2024 and a member of the Board of Directors at GoodBot, Erika has also contributed as a Strategic Advisor at Frontier Collective since 2021. Previous roles include Head of Social Impact at Unbounce from April 2016 to September 2022, and Development Manager at Whistler Arts Council from May 2014 to October 2015. Erika's career began at Science World, where responsibilities included Development Officer, Program Management Specialist, and Science Facilitator from August 2008 to May 2014. Erika holds a Master of Arts in Communication & Culture from Royal Roads University and a degree from Trinity Western University.
