Lenka Buštíková

Lenka Buštíková is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at GoodData since July 2021, Lenka manages learning and development initiatives, performance management activities, and serves as the primary HR contact for the Brno office. Prior to this role, Lenka worked at Y Soft for over four years in various HR capacities, including HR Business Partner and Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, offboarding, and advising management on HR topics. Additional experience includes positions at ABB, IBM, KPMG, and other organizations, with a strong foundation in global mobility and compensation processes. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Regional Development and Administration from Masaryk University Brno.
