John Gully

John Gully is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and design. As the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at GoodDay Software, John is focused on developing innovative operating and inventory accounting software for retail and consumer brands. Previously, at Shopify, John served as a Senior Engineering Leader, overseeing frontend and mobile development for Shopify Merchandising. John has a robust background at Slalom, where roles included Director of Experience Design & Engineering and Director Technology Enablement, leading multidisciplinary teams and enhancing collaboration between designers and developers. Earlier career highlights include technical management at Tyler Technologies and a foundational role at Mary Kay as a software developer. John holds a BBA in Management of Information Systems from Northwood University.
