Narinder Dhami

Narinder Dhami is a Co-Founder at New Power Labs and has been a Managing Partner at Marigold Capital since 2020, focusing on investments in underrepresented founders through a gender and social equity lens. Dhami serves as a Responsible Leader at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, enhancing social innovation and global dialogue. Additionally, Dhami has held a lecturer position at Ryerson University since 2016, teaching Investment for Impact. Dhami is also a Board Member and Secretary at the Canada Forum for Impact Investment and Development, which prioritizes social and environmental impact alongside financial returns. As President of The Sonor Foundation, Dhami promotes transformative impact by investing in creative leaders and ideas.
