Eric Ho is the Co-Founder and CEO of Goodfire, a research company focused on developing interpretability tools for safe and reliable generative AI models. They also serve as a Board Member and Advisor at RippleMatch, which they co-founded in 2016 to revolutionize early career hiring through AI, addressing inefficiencies in traditional job-seeking methods. Under their leadership, RippleMatch has grown significantly, partnering with numerous leading employers and raising $80 million in venture funding. Eric is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Yale University.
