The Goodfish Group is a privately-owned plastic injection-moulding, extrusion, fabrication and assembly manufacturing service business with sites in Cannock, Worcester, St. Asaph & Flint.

Our Group has been built through the performance improvement of acquired manufacturing businesses. Our directors continue to review acquisition opportunities in plastics and adjacent activities.

We employ approximately 150 skilled engineers, technicians and manufacturing operatives across four UK manufacturing facilities operating 24/5.

Our customers are automotive Tier 1s and multinational businesses with activities in construction, domestic heating, medical, electrical, electronics, leisure, packaging and specialist sectors such as automation and security.

Group turnover has grown substantially in recent years, supported by capacity expansion, operational improvement and the acquisition of Goodfish Flint, which strengthened our extrusion capability and extended our presence in the North West of the UK.

Around 20% of our sales are to export markets, primarily Tier 1 and OEM plants across Europe and Asia.

We specialise in technical moulding and extrusion in engineered materials. Our in-house teams support tooling optimisation, maintenance and transfer.

Our fabrication, secondary operations and assembly capabilities enable us to deliver finished components and sub-assemblies rather than standalone mouldings or extrusions. We also provide 3D printing and prototyping to support product development.

All four UK sites are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with IATF 16949 certification at our Worcester facility.

We operate 49 injection moulding machines and 32 extrusion lines across approximately 290,000 sq.ft of manufacturing space.
