Patrick Powell, MBA, is a Founding Member and Head of Customer Experience/Success at Goodfynd, where they built a high-performing customer success team and significantly enhanced customer onboarding processes. With a background in finance, Patrick worked as a Derivatives Specialist at the International Finance Corporation from 2013 to 2021 and served as Assistant Vice President at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2005 to 2013. They are currently a King of Pops Cartrepreneur®, co-owning a small business that brings joy to the DMV area. Patrick holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University.
