Mark Smets is a professional with a background in customer support and game design. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Support at GoodHabitz since July 2020, Mark specializes in addressing complex integration inquiries and assisting Customer Success Managers with implementations and migrations. Previously, Mark held various roles, including All-round Support at GoodHabitz, Swapper at Swapfiets, and Student Support and Housing Buddy at Breda University of Applied Sciences, focusing on student inquiries. Experience also includes a Game Design internship at Frisse Blikken, instructing tours at Beleef Breda, and leadership positions at NHTV Theater as Chairman and PR Coordinator. Mark began a career in sales at KPN and has held other positions in retail, including a store clerk and ice cream cashier.
