Mike Ferry

Mike Ferry is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and executive roles across various sectors, including beverage, skincare, and cosmetics. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for multiple companies, including Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc., Vetnique®, and Revision Skincare®, Mike also holds the position of Partner at Gryphon Investors, where the firm emphasizes leveraged acquisitions and growth investments in middle-market companies. Previously, Mike was the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Milani Cosmetics and an Operating Partner at CAVU Venture Partners. With an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from Miami University, Mike brings a strong academic foundation to his diverse professional endeavors.
