Alex Bailey

Alex Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They began their career in 2008 as a NCO/Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where they handled various projects and mentored other Marines until 2012. They then worked as a Retail Salesman at Tommy Bahama from 2013 to 2014. Following that, Alex worked as a Server at Guy Fieri's Foxwoods Kitchen & Bar from 2015 to 2017. They then transitioned into the field of HR and worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at A&A from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Alex is a Technical Recruiter at GoodLeap LLC, where they are responsible for finding top-quality talent for senior-level fintech roles.

Alex Bailey has a strong education background in the field of leadership and psychology. They obtained a Master's of Executive Leadership degree from Brandman University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Alex attended Jessup University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Alex has also obtained various certifications. They completed the "Talent Strategy: Recruiting Top Talent" certification from Trailhead in February 2022, as well as the "Trust and Influence" certification from the same institution in the same month and year. In July 2021, Alex completed the "Interview Training: Ask Better Questions, Hire Better People" certification from Udemy.
