Cameron Colaco's work experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at GoodLeap LLC starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the National College of Technical Instruction from 2014 to 2022 and as an EMT-Paramedic at American Medical Response from 2008 to 2022. Cameron also has experience in personal projects, where they worked as a Full Stack Engineer from 2021 to 2022, specializing in backend development, and as a Frontend Developer from 2021 to 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Patient Escort at Sutter Health from 2017 to 2019.
Cameron Colaco began their education at California State University-Sacramento in 2011, where they studied Paramedicine. Cameron attended the university for one year before either graduating or leaving the program. After that, from 2014 to 2020, they attended Sierra College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Biology. Continuing their education in the field of computer software engineering, Cameron enrolled at Hack Reactor in 2021 and completed the program in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Cameron has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they earned a Google IT Professional Certificate from Coursera. Then, in March 2021, they obtained a CPR & AED certification from the American Heart Association. Most recently, in April 2023, they obtained a certification in Green Software for Practitioners from The Linux Foundation.
