Patrick Githuku is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in capital markets, structured finance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at GoodLeap LLC since June 2021, Patrick oversees warehouse and bank forward flow partner relationships. Prior positions include Managing Director at Truist Securities, where responsibilities included originating and executing securitization transactions. Patrick held multiple leadership roles at SunTrust from 2008 to 2020, including Head of National Lending Partnerships and Head of Consumer Solutions Partnerships. Additional experience includes portfolio management and international real estate development, as well as significant contributions in investment banking at Standard Bank and ING Investment Management. Patrick holds an MSc in International Securities, Investment & Banking from the University of Reading and dual BSc degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis and St. Lawrence University, respectively.
