Tom Kline

Tom Kline is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GoodLeap since January 2023, where Tom leads API and mobile engineering teams and has spearheaded the transition to Flutter and the adoption of a professional API Gateway. Prior to this role, Tom was the Chief Technology Officer at PAXI Smart, where responsibilities included architecting an AWS proof of concept and collaborating with global manufacturers on product development. Tom also held various leadership positions at Vivint, where significant achievements included building high-performing teams and developing tools that accelerated production timelines. Earlier career experiences include software engineering roles at L-3 Communications and Motion Slice, as well as entrepreneurship as the President of NeveWear. Tom holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
