Previously, Adam has held roles such as HSE Manager at Essential Energy, Head of Safety at John Holland, and HSE Superintendent at BHP, demonstrating a commitment to risk management and safety in complex operational environments. Adam is also pursuing multiple qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety and specialized emergency response training.
