Rustem D. began their work experience as a Process Engineering Intern at Optimal Design Technologies in March 2019, where they worked until August 2019. Rustem then joined Goodly Innovations GmbH in October 2020 as a Process Optimization Intern, and later transitioned to the role of a Master Thesis Project from October 2021 to June 2022, where they worked on Manufacturing Planning and Control with Job Shop Scheduling using Actor Critic Reinforcement Learning. Currently, Rustem D. holds the position of Junior Software Engineer at Goodly Innovations GmbH, starting in July 2022.

Rustem D. has a strong educational background with a focus on data analytics. Rustem obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Kazan National Research Technological University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) with Honors in System Analysis and Control (Chemical Engineering). During their undergraduate years, they also completed professional training in Jurisprudence and Economics at the same university from 2016 to 2019.

In July 2019, they obtained certifications in Exploratory Data Analysis, Foundations of Probability Theory, Practical Machine Learning, Regression Models, Reproducible Research, Statistics, The Data Scientist's Toolbox, and R Programming from Coursera. Furthermore, in August 2018, they acquired certifications in Statistical Inference from Coursera and TOEFL iBT from ETS in March 2019.
