Andy Eakin

Andy Eakin serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Sustainability for Goodman Property Trust since March 2011, overseeing a property investment vehicle with a market capitalization of approximately NZD 3.3 billion. Prior to Goodman, Eakin worked at Fonterra as Group Reporting Manager and Associate Group Reporting Manager, focusing on external statutory reporting, internal management reporting, and consolidation efforts within the global finance function. Eakin's career also includes experience as Group Financial Controller at Landco Limited and as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where foundational training occurred in Northern Ireland and Edinburgh. Eakin holds multiple Chartered Accountant qualifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University.
