Andy Wan

Andy Wan currently serves as Director of Investment Management at Goodman, a position held since November 2013, focusing on investor relations, reporting, fund management, and equity raising. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role at IDERA Capital Management from April 2011 to October 2013, where responsibilities encompassed investor relations, fund management, fund raising, and research. Prior to IDERA, Andy held the position of Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2010 to March 2011 and worked as an Analyst in Investment & Origination at Capmark between November 2007 and June 2009, concentrating on real estate acquisition and asset management. Andy began the career at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, serving as a Banking Officer from July 2004 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree from New York University from 2001 to 2004 and attendance at Boston College from 2000 to 2001.
