Chi Tran

Chi Tran is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Planning/Reporting Analyst at Goodman since April 2015, Chi Tran leads budgeting and forecasting processes, conducts analytical analysis, prepares monthly management reporting, and handles month-end closings for investment entities. Previously, Chi Tran held roles as a Senior Accountant at Goodman and a Senior Financial Analyst at True Investments Group, LLC, where responsibilities included management reporting and financial modeling. With a foundational background at The Koll Company, Chi Tran contributed significantly to decision-making for a large commercial real estate portfolio, and also held multiple financial roles in earlier positions, including Property Accountant at Vintage Housing. Chi Tran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cal State Fullerton.
