Dean M. has extensive work experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. Dean has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Gold Room Operator/Shift Supervisor at Rishton Gold in 1991 and ending as Group Head of Safety at Goodman, where they are currently employed.

In their current role at Goodman, Dean has been responsible for shaping the business strategy and implementation of WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) within the company.
