Frank Fu

Frank Fu, CFA, MRICS, has over 15 years of experience in investment analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as Director of Investment and Analytics at Goodman since April 2011, Frank specializes in investment and portfolio analysis. Prior to this role, Frank worked as an Investment Analyst at Mapletree from October 2009 to April 2011, focusing on deal underwriting and financial analysis across various property types. Frank began a career at JLL as a Senior Analyst from July 2007 to September 2009, participating in a management trainee program that included rotations in Capital Markets, Tenant Representation, and China Business Development. Frank holds a B.A. in Economics from Fudan University and completed an exchange study in Economics at the University of Gothenburg in 2006.
