James Spence

James Spence is an experienced executive with a strong background in investment management and property. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Goodman in New Zealand since September 2016, James also holds the position of Director for Investment Management (GMT). Previously, from July 2011 to June 2016, James was the Head of Capital Transactions for Continental Europe and Fund Manager for KWASA Goodman Germany at Goodman. James's career began at DTZ as an Assistant Property Manager before progressing to Goodman, where roles included Assistant Fund Manager and Property Manager from June 2006 to April 2011. James holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and a Bachelor's degree in Property from The University of Auckland.
